A very nice local, low-key restaurant for quality food. Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to find a buffet complete with two kinds of scrambled eggs, French toast sticks, pancacks, hash, biscuits and gravy, fruit....you get the point. Everyone was very friendly and made sure the coffee cup was always filled. An obvious choice if you're looking for a homestyle sit down food joint

K...... I rarely write reviews cause I can't type. Takes me more time to correct, than what it is worth, to my one fingered typing self. This place is da bomb!! Moneys worth? Check! Customer service? Check! Corrections taken and fixed with style? Check! Food good? Kinda great really? Check! Took me 10 valuable typing minutes to write. Seriously check!!!! Owner is a humble helpful waitress. Gotta love it!!! Bet you can't spot her. Lol..hint, hint, no egos, just Great value, food and service!!!!

Food is great 5+. Water is tap tasted. Angel Didn't offered high chair for a baby and a box at the end. Homemade Meatloaf Dinner, I got without dinner roll, vegetables of the day and no mushed potato,???. Location on the map is way to away from real. We spent 10 min driving around to to find a 4+rated restaurant.(now location is updated already)

I know I'm going to be the jerk because I love the food here but staff today was less than pleasant. I work on the road and came in for a working lunch. Every time I was on the phone, the waitress would ask me how everything was, do I want more coffee, and do I need anything else. I'm not sure if she's rushing me out the door or if she's being overly accommodating??? I would not ask any questions if someone is on the phone. Other than that, I love coming here.

Had a great visit and food with my brother his wife and my daughter. Caramel rolls, breakfast, and an amazing strawberry milkshake!

Decent standard breakfast for a chain restaurant. Updated its location on the map. If it still takes you to division st. Go back to where 212 crosses 59 across from burger king and Cenex.

Not even worth the trouble! Good service but the food quality is terrible. Ordered an omelette and was served raw bacon that was over 90% fat! I specifically asked for the bacon to be well done because lots of restaurants like to put stuff they cant sell in omelettes this was the worst I've seen wouldn't even feed it to my dog! I politely asked what happened? And she said nothing?? Gave $5 off but that's still pretty ridiculous to charge for something you didn't and couldn't eat!

Great staff. Clean restaurant. The food sucks. It's so obviously pre-cooked/packaged/artificial. There's really not a lot of options in Montevideo, so most of the locals will rate it high, but I never truly realized how bad the food was until I moved out of Montevideo after 18 years and experienced heartier restaurants with homemade foods.

Waitress was very pleasant place was clean and the food was great!

The food was perfect and exactly what I wanted. The service was polite and prompt. My only complaint is some of the staff members were talking loudly in the back and I heard one them complain about how they feel dumber every time they come in to work. Kind of disheartening. Other wise great

We stop in here before a big ice fishing tournament every year. The food and service is awesome. Always hits the spot just right before standing on the ice for several hours. Will be back next year.

Food was good. However the hot cocoa was served cold. Service was ok, not really a welcome feeling. I had my bill before I was done eating. But I guess that is what you get when you have the server doing 2 jobs

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Waited over a half hour for grilled cheese and soup. The waitress was nowhere to be found when she “forgot” the soup and was was very rude when we asked for it.

It's a good place to go if you want Burnt food served to you, even the waitress was blind to it they lost a frequent customer .A Reuben sandwich is grilled not burnt toast.Where did your cook come from? Also the waitress needs glasses.The same waitress never remembers the glass of milk.

I love the food and wait staff here. I believe it is the best place in town to eat. Always very clean and the food comes out fast and tastes delicious!!

After a few hours on the road we stopped for a bite to eat. The service was perfect, the food was great, and the portions were spot on. Every town needs a little restaurant like this one!

Awful experience. Food was all well done. One burger was burnt. Completely forgot an order causing us to wait even longer. I told the waitress we needed a discount and she was sweet about it. Than came in another waitress who was very rude and spoke with a tone in front of a bunch of small children. Will not recommend to anyone. At least at night. The morning shift is usually pretty good.

Impatient, borderline rude waitress and painfully uncomfortable seating nearly ruin the dining experience. However, the food is tasty and wholesome.

Really great home cooked food. Large menu.Large portions. Great service. The hole restaurant including the restrooms is very clean. Prices are average. Employees are professional yet friendly. I would recommend to everyone.
